Marina Limousine & Car Services of Atlanta and Marietta, Georgia provides service to and from the airports in Atlanta (Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport), Macon (Middle Georgia Regional Airport), and Athens (Athens-Ben Epps Airport). Or if the customer wishes, we can take and pick up and drop off passengers at any area in Metro Atlanta.

Also, we pick up and drop off at all Marta Stations, Grey Hound Bus Stations, and All Train Stations.

MARINA LIMOUSINE SERVICE RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE REMEMBER, OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE CREATED FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR PASSENGERS, EMPLOYEES, OTHERS AND EQUIPMENT. BY MAKING YOUR RESERVATION WITH MARINA LIMOUSINE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

GENERAL,
Customers can pay in cash or by credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, or American Express). No personal checks accepted. $50.00 Nonrefundable deposit or Credit card on file is required at the time of reservations. The entire fare (except for deposit) is due at the beginning of the charter. You can cancel your reservation 48 hours before your trip.

If the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours, the deposit only will be nonrefundable.

If you did not cancel at all and you did not show up the whole amount will be charged to your credit card. The cost for all charters is the same, whether it is one person or more up to ten Passengers depends on how big is the Limousine.

The charges for extra time is 1/4 of the per hour fee for every fifteen minutes over the agreed upon time of the charter. Waiting time is counted the same way. There is 7% charge for credit card fees. 

BILLING:
Credit card required for all reservations. All credit cards will be verified for the quoted price, before vehicle leaves the base (our office). All credit cards will be ID verified. We do not except credit cards provided by a third party, unless we have verified owner and approval from the owner in writing. The customer will be charged 48 hours before the service. We accept all major credit cards. Additional charges, including, but not limited to "Additional Wait Time", "After hours", "Overtime", "Gratuity", "Fuel Surcharge", "No Show" and other fees, will be itemized on the invoice. Corporate accounts will be charged an additional 5% if payment was made by corporate credit card.

RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS:
To make reservations, please call us at our main number 1-678-208-LIMO (5466) or email us at info@marinalimo.com   or booking@marinalimo.com . Upon receipt of your reservation request, subject to availability, we will email your confirmation in writing. If there is less than 24 hours’ notice we require the customer to contact us directly to insure the accuracy of our availability. Reservations are not valid, unless you have an email confirmation from Marina Limousine Service followed by a phone call to confirm. Only our office staff has the right to make and confirm reservations. Our drivers, tour guides and other employees do not make reservations and confirmations will be void. We recommend that you make your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the actual pick-up time. However, last minute reservations are possible depending on vehicle availability. To avoid misunderstanding, please check your confirmation carefully. If you find any mistakes in the confirmation email, please contact us immediately. Our drivers will be routed by the information on the confirmation email, such as pick up address and pick up times.

HOURLY RESERVATION - CANCELLATION:
Cancellation within one week for hourly trips and 48 hours for Airport trips, prior to the pick-up time will result in loosing your deposit. If you do not show up we will charge for the full fare. We have a NO cancellation policy for Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays. 

HOURLY RESERVATION - OVERTIME:
Please ask your driver, if it's possible to go over the reserved time. Approval of the overtime is not guaranteed, it depends on vehicle availability. A 15 minute grace period is allowed following the reserved time. Hourly charges, including all applicable fees.

DEPOSIT:
$50.00 - $100 deposits are required to make a reservation if the customer provided a valid credit card. All credit cards will be owner verified by ID. 

OTHER CHARGES:
Other charges will apply for damaged vehicle such as: broken glassware, electronic equipment, carpets, bars, lights, seats, etc. There will be NON NEGOTIABLE CHARGE OF $500 FOR VOMITTING INSIDE THE VEHICLE.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
We are not responsible for articles lost, stolen, damaged, or left in our vehicles. You expressly waive any and all notice from Marina Limousine Service regarding any lost, stolen, damaged or belongings left in our vehicles, or the disposal of same. Please check for your belongings before leaving the vehicle. 

DAMAGES:
The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to our vehicle, caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A damage fee of $250.00 will be charged if the client or any member of their party causes any damage to the vehicle, interior or exterior, electronic equipment, etc. In addition to the $250.00 damage fee, the client will be charged the actual cost of repair or replacement of any damaged parts and materials and will be responsible for vehicles down time at the rate of $250 per day during the repair. The repair or replacement of any damaged items shall be at the sole discretion of Marina Limousine Service.

DRUG USE PROHIBITED:
Law prohibits drug use. Any use shall result in termination of the transportation and a charge for the full quoted price and other occurring charges. 

WAITING TIME:
Marina Limousine offers a 10-minute grace period for all services except airport arrivals. At the airport we offer a complimentary 30-minute wait period after reported landing of all domestic flights and 60 minute wait period for international flights. Waiting Time charges will be added to the transfer rate and are assessed by the hourly rate of the vehicle and prorated in 15 minute intervals plus any applicable surcharges.

ADDITIONAL STOPS:
An additional charge for stops within the same town of $20.00 per stop will be added to fares. Additional stops in bordering towns will be billed at $30.00 per stop added to the higher towns' fare. All additional stop that occur outside of bordering towns will be added to fares and billed at 50% of that locations base rate. All additional stops are considered fare charges and subject to all fare based surcharges. Extra stops are made at the discretion of the chauffeur, unless otherwise advised by the Marina Limousine dispatcher.

CHILD SAFETY SEATS:
Marina Limousine does not provide child safety seats. Parents and/or guardians of children traveling in Marina Limousine vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.

SMOKING:
Smoking is not allowed at all by any means in any Marina Limousine vehicles, a charge of $250.00 will be charged to customer’s credit card if found smoking in the vehicle.

SUITABLE BEHAVIOR:
Please refrain from excessive drinking, be respectful to the chauffeur, refrain from the use of foul language, and unacceptable behavior - it will lead to termination of the transportation. Quoted price and other occurring charges such as any damages to the property of Marina Limousine Service, and its employee’s well being, applicable attorney fees, court expenses, etc. will apply.

SURCHARGES:
There is a $20.00 per hour surcharge for arrivals and departures that occur between midnight and 5:00am. There is a $25.00 surcharge for service scheduled Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and after 5:00pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Similar surcharges apply to trips occurring on recognized holidays in locations outside the United States. 

NO LIABILITY:
We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, mechanical breakdown, Accidents on the high way, etc. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation.

Marina Limousine Service reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of this Agreement in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective when notice of such change is posted. Terms and Conditions shall be deemed complete and effective upon posting on www.prvtlimo.com.
